What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with managing multiple active construction projects in South Florida, particularly between Boca Raton and North Miami
• Coordinate preconstruction planning, scheduling, and procurement activities
• Track and process submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
• Support field teams with timely updates, problem-solving, and quality control checks
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including invoicing, cost tracking, and schedule updates
• Liaise with vendors, subs, and clients to ensure timely communication and smooth project flow
• Provide back-end support for superintendents and contribute to successful project closeout

What You’ll Bring

• 1–4 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in assistant PM or coordination roles
• Familiarity with fast-paced construction environments and tight schedules
• Strong communication, documentation, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Boca Raton area and travel across nearby project sites
• Comfortable working on retail and warehouse-type builds
• Confidence, urgency, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a growth-driven culture

Compensation & Perks

• Starting salary between $65,000 and $80,000, depending on experience
