What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with managing multiple active construction projects in South Florida, particularly between Boca Raton and North Miami
- Coordinate preconstruction planning, scheduling, and procurement activities
- Track and process submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
- Support field teams with timely updates, problem-solving, and quality control checks
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including invoicing, cost tracking, and schedule updates
- Liaise with vendors, subs, and clients to ensure timely communication and smooth project flow
- Provide back-end support for superintendents and contribute to successful project closeout
What You’ll Bring
- 1–4 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in assistant PM or coordination roles
- Familiarity with fast-paced construction environments and tight schedules
- Strong communication, documentation, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work on-site in the Boca Raton area and travel across nearby project sites
- Comfortable working on retail and warehouse-type builds
- Confidence, urgency, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a growth-driven culture
Compensation & Perks
- Starting salary between $65,000 and $80,000, depending on experience
